The Opportunity

The Product Specialist is directly responsible for the experience of Rodan + Fields Consultants and retail customers, coordinating efforts to ensure that all inbound call and e-mail inquiries for the RF Connection are handled within required service levels and with an exceptional quality of interaction, anticipating needs, and offering support for a positive experience using Rodan + Fields products. The Product Specialist is a position that reports to the RF Connection Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle concerns and inquiries to both English- and Spanish-speaking customers regarding product experiences, skin concerns from Rodan + Fields Consultants and retail customers, with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism with a focus on first contact resolution (resolve issues within one call/one email).
  • Adhere to a structured workday schedule for incoming call and email coverage to ensure service level delivery. This includes arriving on time, remaining until the end of the shift and maintaining a consistent, reliable attendance record.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity targets.
  • Develop broad knowledge of skin, working knowledge of Rodan + Fields products, product combinations, and demonstrate continued and consistent proficiency in the skill sets utilized within the RF Connection.
  • Participate in team meetings and required training.
  • Identify trends and alert the RF Connection leadership team, carefully document customer concerns.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
  • Be an Ambassador for the Doctors, company and products always positive and supportive.
  • Able to identify if a concern needs to be escalated to the RF Connection leadership team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s or Associate s degree desired
  • Bilingual fluent in Spanish (both reading and writing) Will need to pass written and conversational language proficiency tests
  • Experience in Dermatology or Plastic Surgery is a plus
  • Experience in Customer Service experience handling customer concerns. Working in a contact center environment handling inbound calls and emails is desired.Must be willing to work as a contact requiring 100% customer interaction via phone and email with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Reliable attendance and punctuality record.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous, friendly, and empathetic.
  • Ability to positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
