The Ticket Taker/Ticket Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while selling and scanning tickets for entry into Worlds of Fun theme park. This position requires a high level of energy and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Duties may include:

• Greet guests as they arrive at the park and provide them with information about ticket options and pricing
• Scan and validate guest tickets at the entrance gates
• Handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have
• Ensure that guests are aware of park policies and procedures
• Monitor and manage the flow of guests entering and exiting the park
• Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
