Major responsibilities in this role will include building a great workforce culture and accelerating company performance. You're responsible for creating a cutting-edge, integrated talent management system and standing up our newly created Talent and Culture Ecosystem organization. You will act as a leader and internal consultant in the areas of talent management/development, culture, performance, assessment, onboarding, and other critical talent development initiatives and processes.

This role will lead a Talent Development team to build, align, integrate, and execute culture design, internal talent development, performance and onboarding programs and processes as part of our People strategy. You will also work closely with integrated talent partners including Talent Acquisition, People Planning & Analytics, Comp and Benefits, and HR Business and Management Partners to address talent development opportunities associated with a rapidly growing business.

Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

In the first year, you'll be responsible for developing the performance story, including key talent assessments and development. You will answer the question How do we identify, develop, assess and retain talent? In addition, you are contributing to leading the efforts on building a collaborative learning culture through our learning experience platform and other levers in support of our transformation.

What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

A typical day might include the following:

  • Leading an experienced team of Learning and Talent Development professionals, engaging with and enhancing the capabilities of this high-performing team
  • Partnering with other integrated Talent Team members to support the design of a full talent experience - creating and leading leadership assessment processes, assessing and emphasizing core capabilities, competencies and behaviors required across the enterprise
  • Implementing platforms for talent management, acting as a key talent development partner across the business, working closely with other HR teams and business stakeholders to address needs associated with talent and leadership development
  • Supporting the establishment of an enterprise-wide talent development strategy, with particular focus on implementation of core practices and tools.
