About the role

This position is responsible for supporting the North America Business Operations and financial performance of the global ERS Business and ensures that financial and other key performance indicators are established, monitored and improved through active participation including but not limited to revenue forecasting, financial reporting and analysis and business controls for the IS business.

Critical interlock with NAM CoE Management, NAM Sales and NAM Finance.

Other responsibilities include:

Managing NAM Cornerstone billing system balancing and uploads to Corporation financial systems.? Reconciliation's of submissions of uploads to financial systems for regional monthly billing for NAM management code clients working with multi-currencies and global Orange entities.

Management of both the international and domestic equipment resale and VBS backlogs used to forecast revenue and interlock into the NAM CoE teams to manage work distribution.

Departmental liaison for business reviews for accounting/finance and internal/external auditors.

Performs and/or assists NAM Finance Manager as needed in financial analyses, revenue & cost analysis, and variance analysis related to the Resale business

Supports CoE Management in managing, tracking, monitoring, and reporting financial data as requested, including submission of revenue reclasses, accruals and monthly journal entries and commission calcuation reporting.

Compile data, prepare and analyses operational reports (KPIs) supporting the CoE management

About you

Ability to work well under pressure

Good oral and written communication skills, and experienced in working within a fast paced environment

Advanced skills in Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access, Word and Microsoft Office

Strong working knowledge of all aspects of the supply chain, including purchasing, import/export and distribution.


Additional information

BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

5-7 years of accounting experience with a background working in corporate financial systems with 3 or more years of professional related experience in a field directly related to order fulfilment in a high technology, customer service environment.

Good operational understanding of key financial systems such as Oracle and corporate Global tools.

Demonstrated research, problem solving and resolution skills
