Excellent opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator/Analyst for a direct hire position based near Baltimore, MD.

No relocation assistance is available for this role.
Job Responsibilities:

Maintain the setup, configuration, and minor development of our mature implementation by drawing on past experience and understanding of best practices surrounding sales operations, marketing programs, lead flow management, CRM, and implementations. This role is responsible for ensuring that the configuration of our and associated systems (Service Cloud, BM, PCMiler, WalkMe, DocuSign, Incoming 3rd party data feeds, etc.) help the business functions to run as efficiently as possible through proper maintenance and continuous improvement. Understand and analyze business processes and requirements.

Education and Experience required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering

Proven Salesforce Admin skills: Strong administrative knowledge of SF, Advanced Configuration, Data Loader, Lightning Experience

Strong Business Analyst skills: Requirements gathering and documentation, Testing

Hands-on experience implementing or administrating, including solution architecture recommendations, application development, deployment, maintenance and support of custom and Apex applications. Admin Certification; Advanced Admin Certification; Developer Certification

Experience with Service Cloud, Oracle CPQ (BigMachines or similar CPQ application), Data Loader, Salesforce Lightning & Demand Tools

Experience with software development life cycle methodologies and adhering to audit and project management policies and procedures

Advanced knowledge of SQL is a plus.
