As a Workday Architect/Integration Developer for Bed Bath & Beyond Inc., you will focus on designing, developing, and implementing integrations and reporting solutions in Workday and Workforce Management applications.

You will also have strong analytical, technical and interpersonal skills. These skills will be utilized as part of a team responsible for the highly dynamic and fast-paced Workforce Management (WFM) and Task Management applications. You will work across many functional groups including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Data Warehouse.

You will be responsible for partnering with the analysts, developers, and QA analysts to ensure successful delivery of projects and troubleshooting/resolving support issues.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business teams to ensure alignment with integrations and reporting inside and outside of HR technology with focus on WorkdayDesign, build, test, deploy and maintain integration and reporting solutions using Workday toolsManage end-user support requests and issuesDevelop custom reports for business useDevelop and maintain functionality of calculated fieldsCreate and update technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of integrationsReview functionality delivered in Workday releases to assess business impacts and opportunities for enhancementsProactively works with the team to continuously improve system configuration and reporting to advance the quality of information provided to stakeholders.Adhere to strictest confidentiality in all work aspects and ensure continuing data integrity.

Review, optimize, suggest, and develop queries, stored procedures, as well as create custom reports which will enhance business functions for the WFM systemDevelop SQL database scripts and XML transformations for integrations and interfacesCreate procedural and system documentation throughout the project and ad hoc enhancementsEnsures knowledge transfer is conducted with key project team membersProvide primary user support and verify that the system provides the required business functions, maintains data integrity and is working as expectedRequired Skills/Experience5+ years of Workday integration development including core connectors, Studio, EIBs and report writing3 years of experience working with Workday APIsExpertise in various types of Workday reports including Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and TrendingExperienced in implementing advanced Timekeeping, Forecasting, Labor Scheduling, Absence Management, Workforce Analytics and Reporting solutions using WFM SoftwareAdvanced experience in SQL Server, databases and writing queriesStrong MFT, SFTP, PGP Keys, XML, XSD skills2 years of experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server)QualitiesExperience working with off-shore teamsExcellent analytical, research and problem-solving skillsGood time-management skillsTeam player with great interpersonal and communication skillsAbility and desire to learn new technologiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of data privacy practices and regulations and discipline to work with highly confidential informationAbility to work independentlyAbility to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with business and ITExperienced in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusionsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering preferredSalary Range: In Compliance with the New York City Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $130,000 - $175,000. This range is not inclusive of any Short-Term Incentive or Long-Term Incentive programs.
