We are currently seeking a skilled Tax Supervisor to join our team in the bustling city of New York, NY. Take complete responsibility for the preparation and review of various types of tax returns, including individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts & estates.

Effectively manage and cultivate relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Utilize advanced research skills and tools such as CCH, XCM, and RIA to provide accurate and up-to-date tax guidance. Collaborate with Partners in developing strategic tax planning initiatives.

Work closely with staff members, providing guidance and support, as well as assisting senior management in their responsibilities. Lead and provide direction to a team of tax staff accountants to ensure the delivery of top-notch tax services. Take an active role in client business development to foster growth and establish strong client relationships.

We require the following qualifications: Hold a valid CPA license at the time of application. Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation. Have 6 - 15 years of recent and relevant experience in U.S. public accounting.

Demonstrate at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Possess extensive experience in review processes. Have a broad understanding of taxation laws and regulations.

Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Be highly organized, with the ability to manage time effectively and work within budget constraints. Possess a strong work ethic and dedication to providing high-quality service.

Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere within the firm. Demonstrate excellent technical and research skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Be capable of managing all aspects of client work effectively.
