The qualified candidate will join the Fluke Engineering team, based in Everett, WA. As one of the core product team members, your experience will enable you to provide technical leadership towards design, product development and execution of critical initiatives for Fluke products. Your diplomacy in maintaining alignment within the team provides the positive, forward driven approach needed for success.

This role requires a person who can deeply collaborate across diverse and skilled teams, drive/execute on initiatives across global sites and functions and derive clear direction from ambiguity.ResponsibilitiesDesign and/or improve the design of mixed signal hardware for varied customer applicationsEvaluate the feasibility of different engineering approaches to resolve hardware/software implementation tradeoffs and other technical problemsPromote and provide a means for healthy collaboration between multi-functional teams as well as with outside vendors, mediating and resolving conflicting proposed directions thereby creating alignment within the teamsDevelop Product Engineering DocumentationLead HW team program priorities and promote the importance of quality executionInterprets internal/external business challenges and recommends standard methodologies to improve products, processes, or servicesOwn product development process work from conceptualization to production to influence and continuously improve engineering team standard processesOther duties as assignedBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering with +5 years of relevant industry experienceFamiliarity with PCA-level system design through hardware product development processConsistent record of developing mixed signal hardware systems such as hardware design using analog circuits in combination with FPGAs, VHDL or micro-controller-based systems.Knowledgeable in ECAD design toolsEffective communication and teamworkDemonstrated Characteristics:Exhibits a drive to deliver results; moves with a sense of urgency and drives daily progress, even on complex issues.

Everett, WA: The salary range for this position is $111,550- $207,115This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
