Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

22 months of Quality Assurance experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a California license in hand at the time of application.

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

Physician peer review and ongoing professional practice evaluations and physician reappointments. Peer Review background required. Acute care hospital experience is required. Joint commission standards for physician practice. Preferred experience: MD Stat, TabLeau, Excel

First-timers accepted: Yes

Guaranteed Hours: facility is able to call off once per two week pay period

Scrubs: Royal Blue or Navy blue

Return Staff Policy: 3 months to return as traveler

All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
