Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment, integration, and patterning for electron beam lithography-based processing Design of experiments, collect and analyze data, and compile reports on a variety of engineering processes within safety guidelines Oversee day to day usage of electron beam lithography tool Troubleshoot a variety of complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolve a variety of difficult direct write/electron beam lithography processes and perform hardware characterization and tool diagnostics on electron beam lithography system Interact with internal customers to resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues/problems with limited supervision Develop and mature processes that meet customer specsFunctional KnowledgeFamiliarity with operation and user interface of JEOL e-beam system (BEAMER, pattern design, conversion, proximity correction) Hands on experience with pre and post-patterning cleanroom procedures (sample preparation and analysis) Resist exposure interaction and optimization. High resolution patterns.
