Who you are:Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or similar field.10+ years of public accounting and joint venture accounting experience.

CPA required and experience with Yardi is a plus.Strong interpersonal and mentorship skills. What you'll do:Manage the entire joint venture function, with 12 deals completed in the last year.

Take on your own area of the business and have high visibility to executives. Report into the VP of Accounting and have a Sr. Accountant direct report.
