Provides tactical support and ensures in-depth research for brands in development, and seeks to identify opportunities with regional partners, customers, Johnson and Johnson brands, and alliances. Manages key relationships with agencies and suppliers in developing product concept designs and mockups for market research and management presentations; plans and monitors the execution of market research studies.

Explores opportunities and prepares recommendations for global branding, positioning, and pricing strategies that deliver value. Analyzes and interprets complex market access data and feasibility research. Ensures the implementation and maintenance of key marketing vehicles that may include eBusiness strategy, promotional media, services, forecasting, pricing, and business plans.

Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures Performs other duties assigned as neededQualificationsGenerally Requires 2-4 Years Work ExperienceA minimum of a BS/BA degree is required (preferably Healthcare with a Biology and/or Science orientation, Marketing, or another business-related field). An MBA is a plus.Experience working with healthcare professionals is preferredA successful sales background is desirableStrong leadership skills are important to this role. The ability to collaborate with marketing coworkers, cross functional partners, external partners, and the field sales team is essentialStrong customer orientation is required and experience working with surgeon customersStrong communication and presentation skillsEffective planning and prioritization skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to data detail are required to provide sound input into financial evaluations, forecasting, and segmentation exercisesSuccessful candidates must have demonstrated ability to work autonomously to deliver business resultsUp to 25% travel may be required for this position.
