Help Desk Analyst (Contract/Full Time)

Location: Medina, Ohio Country: United States of America

Our client is looking for an IT Help Desk Analyst with 2+ years of experience.

    • Help Desk hours are 6:30am-5pm, M-F.
    • The shift is an 8 hour shift.
    • Two or more years of experience in an IT Help Desk capacity, including ticket systems.
    • Thorough knowledge of Windows 7, Citrix/Virtual Desktop, Active Directory, MS Outlook and MS Office.
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
