Sales Tech Lead - Hybrid - Poland 12+ Months (Contract/Permanent)

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Sales Tech Lead for an assignment with a large consumer goods organization. You'll be responsible for optimizing technology usage to drive revenue growth, overseeing local and global Sales technology solutions.

Requirements Sales Tech Lead Role:

  • +5 years working with Sales platforms or Sales projects
  • Hands-on experience with leading Sales technology solutions both in Revenue Growth Management (Salesforce, Kantar, Navigator) and Sales force Effectiveness (Salesforce and MC1)
  • Experienced in technology Solution delivery including prioritization and timeline estimations
  • The ability to work with business leadership team and multifunction team with excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
  • Creative problem-solving skills that you leverage to find brilliant solutions to wicked problems and challenges

Details Sales Tech Lead Role:

  • Start date: ASAP (Flexible)
  • Duration: Initially 12 months (with extensions or option to become permanent employee)
  • Hours per week: 40 hours
  • Location: Remote/Hybrid (Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Netherlands)
