THIS IS A PERMANENT ROLE BASED IN New Zealand - Auckland or Wellington!

We are currently looking for SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Pre-Sales Senior Architect focusing on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors client engagements, pre-sales activities and strategic advice.

This is a permanent role with a truly phenomenal established organization, that is growing exponentially.

Our Client prides itself on its high level of professionalism, capabilities, and it's phenomenal brand.

In this interesting and varied role, you will be acting as Pre-Sales Senior Architect - acting as a high level advisor to clients (similar to Enterprise Architect) but focussing more on pre-sales and advisory rather than implementations.

You will provide thought leadership and advice based on your in-depth experience in the HCM/SF space.

Therefore, you should be able to demonstrate outstanding expertise in SAP SuccessFactors/SAP HCM and an ability to present/engage large and complex clients at a strategic level.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of the following skills and experience:

  • 10+ years SAP HCM/SuccessFactors consulting experience.
  • Strong Pre-Sales Experience with a track record of pre-sales engagements and thought leadership.
  • Large complex SAP projects experience acting as an Architect/Solution Architect on end-to-end HCM/SuccessFactors implementations is essential.
  • Must have strong core SAP HCM experience and strong SuccessFactors experience across multiple modules.
  • Excellent English language communication skills and a natural ability to present complex scenarios to large and complex organizations.
