What will you do?

We are seeking a highly organized Maintenance Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a focus on continuous improvement, to ensure the correct and reliable operation of machinery and equipment within our plant.

This role is essential for guaranteeing the availability, efficiency, and safety of industrial assets, as well as coordinating technical personnel in the execution of the maintenance plan.

How will you do it?

• Supervise and inspect the execution of preventive, corrective, predictive, and autonomous (TPM) maintenance.

• Manage and plan the activities of the maintenance technical personnel.

• Ensure the availability and proper operation of plant equipment and machinery.

• Manage time, resources, and priorities according to production needs.

• Administer the maintenance budget, including tools, spare parts, and machinery.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper scheduling of activities.

• Follow up on technical work and ensure compliance with operational standards.

• Promote a culture of safety and compliance with standards, norms, policies, and legal requirements.

• Ensure compliance with maintenance KPIs: MTBF, MTTR, Downtime, PM Completion.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree completed.

• 3 years in industrial maintenance roles with technical staff oversight.

• Technical knowledge in areas such as:

  • Mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity.

  • TPM (preventive, predictive, corrective).

  • Use of tools and industrial equipment.

  • Experience with Industrial HVAC manufacturing equipment such as Fin Press, Hairpin Bending, Coil Expanders, etc. (preferred)

  • Experience managing maintenance indicators. (preferred)

• Technical and conversational English.

• Ability to work under pressure and make operational decisions.

• Leadership and personnel supervision.

• Focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Organization, follow-up, and activity control.

• Effective communication.
