Due to continued growth across Ireland, they're seeking an HVAC Service Operations Lead As the Service Operations Lead you will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager and to ensure the running of the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service Department. This role is essential in delivering service agreements to clients, ensuring PPM compliance, supporting sales activity, and coordinating day-to-day operational tasks. Additionally, you will be supporting repair projects, producing reports and KPIs, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with internal teams. You will also support continuous improvement, resource planning, identifying service opportunities, assisting the Service Sales Team, and providing early alerts on equipment issues to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
