HVAC Estimator Our client is a leading name in Ireland's HVAC sector, providing innovative heating and cooling solutions for commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential projects. As part of a respected international group, they offer a unique end-to-end service - from design and specification to full system supply and distribution. Their in-house engineering expertise and commitment to quality have positioned them at the forefront of Ireland's building services industry for decades. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate quotations for domestic, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems. Design mechanical system layouts and specifications in collaboration with consulting engineers and mechanical contractors. Support the external sales team with technical input, design data, and pricing guidance. Maintain and update project information and client interactions within the CRM system. Provide technical advice, system recommendations, and after-sales support to customers. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers. Liaise with internal teams to ensure proposals meet company standards for quality and efficiency. Represent the company professionally in all client and partner interactions. Perform other duties as reasonably required by management. About You Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, Manufacturing, or Refrigeration Engineering (essential). Knowledge or experience within the HVAC industry is a distinct advantage. Previous experience in an estimation, technical sales, or design support role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced office environment. Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland on a permanent basis.
