Dornan is recruiting a Trades & Labour Manager to supervise the recruitment and management of our on-site Trades & Labour personnel. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years experience in providing Mechanical & Electrical Trades for significant projects in Ireland and Europe. A solid grasp of construction site compliance and governance is a key requirement. Excellent package on offer including company vehicle. Your day to day will include: Recruitment of Trades & Labour to Dornan projects. Ensure all Trades possess skillsets & training required. Communication with Site & Project Managers daily. Communication weekly with Dornan Finance & Payrolls teams. Liaise with Dornan HR team to ensure correct contracts are in place. What we are looking for: 10 years experience in liaising with M&E Trades & Labour. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organisational skills. Multiple stakeholder management experience. Experience of coordinating disciplinary procedures. Firm but fair management ethos.
