The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to join our Dublin-based team. This is a hands-on role focused on the maintenance, service, and repair of a wide range of HVAC systems across client sites. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance and repair of HVAC plant including Single Split systems, VRV/VRF systems, Chillers, Air Handling Units, and Supply & Extract Fans Fault finding across all aspects of HVAC plant Reactive call-outs and completion of unscheduled works Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes Updating and managing jobs through the company CMMS system Working independently and as part of a wider engineering team Experience with boilers and boiler house plant is an advantage but not essential Skills & Requirements Time-served Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer Minimum FETAC Level 6 qualification with valid F-Gas certification At least 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience in HVAC service and repair Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Familiarity with BMS systems Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Full, clean driving licence What's on Offer Competitive salary up to 55,000 DOE Support for ongoing training and professional development CPD opportunities with a Pathway toward chartered status Performance-related incentives A supportive, collaborative work environment Strong focus on work-life balance and long-term career progression
