Senior EHS Advisor Dublin Tier 1 Contractor The Opportunity A leading Tier 1 Contractor is continuing to expand its Dublin operations and is seeking an experienced Senior Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor to support the safe delivery of major commercial and residential construction projects. Key Responsibilities EHS Leadership & Compliance Implement and monitor the EHS Management System on site. Monitor compliance with statutory and company EHS requirements. Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and produce weekly EHS reports. Culture & Engagement Promote a positive health and safety culture across site management, contractors, and workforce. Influence, coach, and support site teams in best-practice EHS standards. Collaboration & Reporting Develop and maintain strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders. Support investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred). 7+ years experience in construction health and safety roles. Experience on commercial and/or residential projects. Strong organisational and communication skills. High level of IT capability including Microsoft Office and EHS reporting systems.
