Supervising Pharmacist Location: South County Donegal Type: 1 year Contract Pay circa 39-44 per hour Ref: VAC-13635 We are delighted to be working with a leading community pharmacy group who are seeking a Supervising Pharmacist to join their team on a fixed term contract in South Donegal. This pharmacy group is dedicated to supporting pharmacists in delivering exceptional, personalised care within their local communities. The support structure in place ensures pharmacists can focus on what matters most - providing expert clinical care, advice and service to patients. Key Responsibilities: Act as Supervising Pharmacist, ensuring full compliance with PSI and regulatory standards. Lead by example in delivering professional, patient-focused care and advice. Foster and support a positive working environment within the pharmacy team. Support the efficient, ethical and commercial running of the dispensary. Dispense and provide guidance on Prescription and OTC medications. Support staff training and development to enhance patient service levels. Contribute to pharmacy and retail initiatives within the community. What We're Looking For: Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) with 2+ years min. experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine patient-first approach. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. A proactive, motivated individual who thrives in a busy environment. Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with commercial awareness. A supportive team player, committed, reliable and professional.
