Criteria for the Role Demonstrable experience as an Estimator or Assistant Estimator within a contractor or subcontractor environment. Strong background in pricing commercial fitout, refurbishment, or high-end interiors projects. Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial skills, with high attention to detail. Proficiency in estimating software such as Buildsoft, alongside advanced Excel capability. Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare clear tender documentation.
