Change and Release Manager

A Change and Release Manager is urgently required by this global market leader. The role carries full responsibility for the management of the day-to-day changes and new releases implemented across my client's global estate. This will involve handling, scheduling and deployment of all changes and releases throughout the business.

Change and Release Manager Role and Responsibilities:

- Manage and prioritise all releases and change requests, ensuring minimal impact on daily activity

- Manage all communications with regard to all changes and releases, both internally and externally

- Ensure all SLA's and KPI's are achieved in the performance of all changes and releases

- Balance competing demands and manage expectations across the change and release function

- Provide change and release reports and recommendations

Change and Release Manager Skills and Experience:

-Substantial experience in a Change and release Manager role

- Ability to manage own workload including the scheduling and prioritisation for all changes and releases

- Strong track record in managing the deployment of code releases into a live environment

- Build strong relationships with 3rd parties, stakeholders and clients alike

- ITIL v3 accreditation, Jira and Confluence skills gained in an Agile environment would be ideal

A key part of the role involves working on a programme of incremental delivery to provide change and improvement to overall service and performance. This will involve creating the processes, solutions and standards to ensure that customers receive a best-in-class service
