A leading construction and facilities management company is seeking a skilled Heating Engineer in the Lincoln area, on a full time, permanent basis.

Having been established for over 50 years they are a forward thinking business, with an excellent reputation. You will carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs, and installations of domestic and/or commercial heating systems across contracted properties.

Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain and repair boilers and heating systems
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
• Carry out gas safety checks and complete LGSRs
• Ensure compliance with Gas Safe regulations and company procedures
• Complete job documentation electronically
• Deliver high standards of customer service

Requirements:

Essential

• Valid ACS Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT)
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in domestic and/or commercial heating

Desirable

• NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing & Heating
• Unvented (G3) certification
• Commercial Gas (CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1A)
• Social housing experience
