A great in-house opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a great benefits package with an attractive amount of annual leave. The role will consist of PPM and reactive maintenance on a commercial property as part of a maintenance team, working 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Unique from the generic building service maintenance roles, this role is perfect for engineers who are looking for a role outside of London saving on both travel time and costs.

This role will primarily consist of working on electrical systems on site, whilst also covering other building service maintenance tasks that may occur. The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will have the correct qualifications, (City and Guilds/NVQ) at least 3 years experience prior in building service maintenance, a great attitude and to be self-motivated.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties:

• PPM and Reactive Maintenance
• Power distribution, PAT testing, Fault finding, Circuits boards, Small installations, Dali systems, Electrical installations, Plant room checks, General building service maintenance
• Organise subcontractors
• Client facing
• Reports, RAMS, HSE and other relevant documentations to be updated regularly

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

• City and Guilds/NVQ (or equivalent) qualifications in Electrical Engineering
• Ability to fault find, diagnose and repair Electrical associated systems
• Client facing
• Polite and self motivated
• Respond to call outs

Salary + Package:

• £39,000 - £41,000 per annum
• 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday
