Customer Service Advisor
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Hours: 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday (with an early Friday finish )
Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 per annum DOE
Our client is looking for a driven and personable customer service advisor to join their team. This is a busy phone based role, so you must have some experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor
- Ensure excellent customer service is always provided.
- Resolve customer equerries in a timely manner.
- Answer any inbound calls.
- Escalate customer concerns as required.
- Manage and build customer relationships.
- Communicate customer feedback to the Customer Services Manager.
- Liaise with internal departments to improve quality
Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor - Customer service experience in an office environment
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Confident talking on the phone and replying to emails.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Drive to succeed and progress.
- Full UK licence
