An exciting opportunity has arisen for a experienced solicitor practicing in Contentious Wills, Trusts and Estates to join a Top Legal 500 ranked firm based in Sussex.

The firm are well established with an excellent reputation across the region with a client base that is typically HNW and landed gentry. This is a friendly place to work where high ranking lawyers have a fantastic reputation based on their expertise and client care.

The role will see you brought on at a senior level, with potential of partnership for the right candidate. You will join a specialist Contentious Private Client Team which sits within the wider litigation team. There is the potential for progression into an overall HoD role and with it equity in the practice.

Work is both national and international and concerns trusts and estates in dispute acting for professional trustees, lay trustees and beneficiaries and fiduciaries and their advisors, HNW individuals and charities.

To be successful you will have many years of specialist practice in this niche field of expertise, a likely guide is 8+ PQE however my client will be interested to hear from you if you are operating at this level and not quite there yet. Leadership qualities are obviously necessary for this important position and you will likely be accredited with STEP or ACTAPS. A following is not however necessary but you will likely be well connected.
