Transformation Director - Salesforce (Contract)

Outside IR35, £700pd+, Remote, 9 months Initial
SR2 have been engaged to support a high-profile client on a major Salesforce Implementation Programme.
As the Transformation Director you will be responsible for building the change and transformation strategy and plan and drive the delivery in partnership with senior stakeholders.
This role commands ownership of the engagement so you must have experience dealing with the complexity of Salesforce implementation or migration programmes, ideally at global level.
Responsibilities:
- Drive change programme with support from communications team
- Influence right behaviours through the business for successful change
- Present progress reports and roadblocks to programme sponsors
- Identify change risks and escalate
- Run pulse checks to gauge how successful the change is being Embedded into the client
- Identify and monitor key project metrics
