Interim Desktop & Server Manager sought to lead a desktop, server and infrastructure support team for an initial 3-month period to cover the recruitment of a permanent candidate. You will ensure system performance and manage a skilled technical team.

Candidates will demonstrate the following:

• Experience of leading a technical team.
• Experience of delivering desktop, server and infrastructure support services.
• Good understanding of Server technologies, virtualisation platforms, and desktop OS.
• A good understanding of endpoint management and monitoring tools and backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• A solid understanding of security and compliance.
• Solid understanding and a track record of working with ITIL processes.
• Strong people management capability with the ability to work with technical teams and also interface at a senior level in the business.
• Strong project management capability.
