Location: Bristol Country: UK Rate: Up to £85k per annum
 

Job: Assistant Director - Estimating

Location: Southwest (Cardiff/Bristol/Exeter)

Salary: Upto £85,000

Join the vibrant and expanding Natural Resources and New Energies team as a Assistant Director - Estimating. In this role, you will engage in a variety of Controls & Performance responsibilities for high-profile projects and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading or managing the production of accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects/programmes
  • Playing a leading role in the development and promotion of estimating good practice within
  • Playing a leading role in the Southwest region helping to achieve regional strategic goals
  • Playing a leading role in the achievement of departmental objectives
  • Staying abreast of developments within own technical area of expertise

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience of working with estimating software packages.
  • Desirable membership of RICS/CIOB/A. Cost E;
  • Experience of working on Major Programmes and Projects.
  • Experience of working in the infrastructure sector.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams.
