An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Solution Architect to work within a Tier 1 banking client.

Description:

• Provide architectural oversight for a range of HR systems including - Cappfinity, Meet & Engage, Rare, Forage and Zero Gravity platforms.
• Collaborate with the wider HR IT Architecture community, ensure consistency in approach and adherence to architecture governance across the group. Work with the global architects and delivery teams, ensure the platform is secure, robust, and scalable. Understand and assess the needs of the business and recommending the most appropriate solution design in various design governance forums as well as through the Clear Choice process and following architectures Design Driven Decision process.
• Assist Business, IT Service Owner (ITSO) and Technical Project Manager (TPM) through all relevant governance processes and taking the lead on architecture deliverables.
• Provide input to design discussions and decisions, adhering architecture principles and governance, and any customisation of the platform is minimised.
• Record all architecture risks and issues, and ensure mitigation plans in place/path to green.
• Documenting end-to-end solutions and architecture models through Solution Architecture, Architecture Definition Documents and other artefacts following processes
• Ensure compliance to all relevant internal Architecture standards, Technology Strategies/Policies/Principles for all IT change.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Strong experience in delivering the solutions design as a Solution Architect and implementation of SAAS solutions.
• Experience of architecting in an enterprise environment with multiple SAAS integration points. Strong knowledge and experience of Service Oriented Architecture and integration technologies like MuleSoft.
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions that meet business requirements.
• Excellent communication and people skills to effectively collaborate with users, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of architecture function.

Nice to have:

• Good Knowledge and Experience of working on HR platforms - Cappfinity, Meet & Engage, Rare, Forage, Zero Gravity and SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Domain/Business Knowledge - Human Resource, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
• Experience of architecting solutions that have encompassed AI/ML models and fully aware of the ML Model Development Lifecycle, associated Risk Management and Best Practices for the support and maintenance of AI/ML based applications.
• In-depth knowledge in Agile methodologies, SAFE, Scrum including certification.
• Expert in the use of Jira and Confluence including production of various artifacts.
