Job Description:
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our IT department, focusing on the migration of our global user base to a new Windows platform. This position requires a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of large-scale IT projects, including planning, executing, and managing the interface between business and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering and analysis with stakeholders to ensure successful migration.
- Develop detailed project plans for Windows platform migration, including timelines, milestones, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to design and implement robust solutions for Windows deployment across global offices.
- Ensure seamless data integration and system compatibility by collaborating with software developers and system engineers.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the pre-migration, migration, and post-migration phases.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users adapting to the new Windows environment.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Prepare and present reports on migration progress, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Business Analyst, particularly in managing Windows platform migrations for large-scale environments.
- Strong technical skills with Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ITIL v3 are highly desirable.
