Prestigious Global Investment Banking firm seeks an experienced Senior Java Developer to work in the firm's highly successful E-Trading Fixed Income Trading Franchise. The team are working on various projects, including greenfield replacement of existing Front Office Legacy RFQ and pricing applications utilising the latest version of Java.

This is an exciting opportunity to get a role in a growing team building an electronic digital offering. You will develop high-performance E-Trading components and cross-product solutions and help consolidate existing functionality.

Hybrid Role 1 day a week in the office. The team are using Agile and TDD. Work closely with business users and are comfortable communicating with stakeholders across the business. You will develop applications in small squads as part of a bigger team of 20-30 individuals in London utilising the agile development process.

Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, TDD, multi-threading, rest. (GIT, Maven etc.)

Demonstrate a working knowledge of Front Office products and derivates utilised by Investment Banks.

Previous exposure to Front Office applications in the Fixed Income, RFQ or other Front Office Trading setups is useful.

Object-oriented design and development, use of design patterns.

Desire to use the latest version of Java and the associated technology that comes with it. Computer Science Degree BSc or similar related technical discipline.
