Workday HCM Reporting and Analytics Lead (Permanent)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £80-90k pa + Benefits
 

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Reporting and Analytics Specialist to join our prestigious London-based client who are in the midst of a exciting Workday HCM optimization project.

Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expert for Workday and PowerBI reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
  • Shape, build and deliver new reports and dashboards in Workday and PowerBI to meet and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Develop the reporting roadmap in partnership with HRIS and senior leadership teams
  • Lead and deliver continuous improvement projects by working across boundaries, gathering requirements, managing key stakeholders, and owning project documentation.

Skills:

  • Experience of data analysis and visualization, using tools such as PowerBI to build dashboards that can be easily understood by stakeholders (including Leadership).
  • Experience in the configuration of workforce reporting and dashboards in Workday.
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, a passion for figures and the ability to get into the detail while also seeing and understanding the bigger picture.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience of liaising with and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel to the clients London office 2 per week (3 days remote working)
