A corporate and commercial solicitor is required to work for this firm in Hampshire with a well-developed, expanding and ambitious client base covering the South of England and London.

You will be playing a key role of the development of the department and client base. The department deals with a broad mix of work including mergers and acquisitions of various size and complexity, corporate restructuring, shareholders' agreements, LLP and partnership matters and commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT and IP, and data protection.

You will need to be ambitious and looking to grow and develop yourself and the department, demonstrate excellent communication skills as the role will require working with several other professional advisers including corporate finance advisers, accountants and tax specialists
