Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Hybrid - mostly a remote role but will be required to travel to the office for occasional meetings (Bristol or Castle Donington)

Rate: £500 per day (Umbrella)

What You'll Do:

As a Product Manager reporting to the Head of Product Management, you will play a crucial role in composing the product roadmap through research, vision-setting, and business alignment. You'll be a proactive leader, prioritising both business and technical requirements while outlining what success looks like. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing a High-Level Product Roadmap: Align with overall business strategy and long-term vision.
• Collaboration with Leadership: Prioritise features and initiatives that deliver maximum business value.
• Balancing Innovation and Sustainability: Ensure strategic initiatives meet commercial objectives.
• Market Assessment: Regularly analyse the competitive landscape, customer feedback, and trends to inform product strategy.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency on roadmap progress and decision-making.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the prioritisation of the commercial product roadmap based on business goals and customer needs.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and discussions to gather input and validate product concepts.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to create detailed, actionable roadmaps that align with business objectives.
• Champion Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban) within the team, promoting a culture of agility.
• Drive positive culture across the Technology department and wider business.

Qualifications:

• Essential: Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree or technology certifications.
