Our Client is seeking a Product/Program Manager with expertise in product lifecycle management, stakeholder management, and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience . The ideal candidate should be open to learning, adept at working with tech teams, and have experience in software improvement software. Global experience is preferred as the role involves migrating an in-house software system.

Location: London (1 day a week in office, 4 days WFH)

Duration: 9-Month Contract (high likelihood of extension)

Rate: (200 - 260 a day) Inside IR35

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years in program or product management (software-related experience is a plus)

Bachelor's degree.

Advanced proficiency with Excel.

Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Experience implementing change management in organizations.

Ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning, and task delegation.

Strong analytic skills with experience using qualitative and quantitative data to scope problems and measure outcomes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with product lifecycle management systems at a consumer goods company, or experience working closely with those functional areas.

Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical projects.

Experience launching new software within organizations.

Familiarity with scrum, agile, and waterfall methodologies

Competence with SQL (basic queries).
