Workday Reporting Analyst (Permanent)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £65k
 

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Reporting Analyst to join our client's dynamic team based in London.

Responsibilities:

Workday Reporting:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.

Report Catalogue Management:

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive report catalogue, ensuring that reports are properly categorized and documented.
  • Implement a standardized approach for naming conventions and report descriptions to enhance accessibility.

Data Governance:

  • Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures for Workday reporting.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular audits and validations.

Security Knowledge:

  • Possess a strong understanding of Workday security models and configurations.
  • Implement and manage security protocols for Workday reports to ensure data confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in creating and maintaining Workday reports.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Workday certification is a plus.
  • Willing to travel to the clients London office 2 per week (3 days remote working)
