HR Systems Project Manager (Contract)

Location: Cannock Country: UK Rate: Daily Rate: £600 (Outside IR35)
 

A leading provider of specialist residential and educational care for children and young adults require a HR Systems Project Manager to execute a review and change project within their HR Function as part of their Digital Transformation. This role will require someone from a HR professional background, with further experience within People and Process Change, to assist and develop their existing implementation.

You will be working within a care organisation, so a real focus on a purpose driven system will be key. Previous experience within the care sector or similar would be advantageous.

As the HR Systems Project Manager you would ideally have the following skills/experience:

- HR Professional Background
- Experience working with SAGE People with the ability to be hands-on
- Experience in People & Process Change
- Experience in Systems Change
- Experience in other non-SAGE HR Systems
- Ability to conduct modular review and execute business change

Location: Cannock (Hybrid with 1 office day per week)
Daily Rate: £600 (Outside IR35)
