We are looking for a visionary leader, a strategic thinker to join our clients team as Director of Enterprise Architecture. You will drive forward the IT architecture business goals to ensure that the technology solutions not only support but enhance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define required capabilities and foster organisational changes to create operating models that propel towards business objectives.
  • Set guardrails for shared enterprise-level architecture and lead transformative change.
  • Provide tools, coaching, and support to business-led product teams.
  • Coordinate plans and roadmaps to streamline operations and minimise conflicts.
  • Own the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment from a business, technology, and data perspective.
  • Understand technical governance and assure the delivery of cross-cutting capabilities that enable change.
  • Guiding, mentoring, and developing a team of architects will be at the heart of your role. Foster a culture of excellence and innovation as you guide your team towards success.
