We are currently supporting a leading Utilities provider who are embarking on a Cyber Improvement Programme to improve their Cyber Maturity and as such are seeking an experienced Service Design Manager to support this workstream.

The ideal Service Design Manager should possess prior experience in supporting cybersecurity maturity programs through the design and implementation of service enhancements.

  • Improving Collboration
    • Between IT, Security and Operation teams to develop a culture of shared responsibility
  • Taking customer first Approach
    • Key focus on service design, strategy and delivery to better convey services and products on offer
  • Service Design, Strategy and Performance Monitoring
    • Refining services and understanding current challenges, identifying improvement areas, and realising innovative solutions.
  • Leading Service Improvement Initiatives
    • Focussed on Vulnerabilities
  • Supporting Technology Integration
    • Ensuring that security tools and platforms are integrated seamlessly into existing systems, enabling efficient vulnerability scanning
  • Process Optimisation
    • Define clear guidelines and ensure they align with industry good practices around vulnerability management workflows and processes

Desired experience with:

  • Familiarity with cyber security frameworks and standards (eg, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001).
  • Ideally an understanding of vulnerability management processes, vulnerability tooling (eg Tenable), visualisation tools (eg Tenable One) and the complexities around remediation and patching.
  • Ideally understanding of perimeter security technologies and practices, such as Firewalls, proxies and SASE technologies intrusion detection/prevention systems, and network segmentation.
