Are you an experienced Head of Software and Product that has experience working in a fast-paced, scale up environment? Do you enjoy working with modern architecture, leading a team of fantastic technologists? Do you have experience leading product roadmaps and strategies?

If so, this could be a fantastic role for you

My client, a rapidly growing, modern FinTech payments company are looking for a new Head of Software and Product to drive them through their next round of growth through innovation and continuous improvements. You'll take stock of the current suite of applications, improve them, and also innovate.

On the product side, you'll lead the strategy and delivery of new and existing products, managing a small team of product professionals. My client is looking for someone to challenge the status quo, innovate, and bring new ideas to the table.

The Head of Software and Product must have experience working in a modern .NET ecosystem, as architecture and technical leadership is a huge part of the role.

The key responsibilities for the Head of Software and Product are:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap
  • Software development Management
  • Innovation and continuous improvement
  • Architecture
  • Risk Management
  • Recruitment

The Head of Software and Product must have:

  • Experience with modern .NET (architecting and leading .NET teams)
  • At least 8 years in software and product, with 3 years in leadership
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies
  • Customer focussed strategic and technical leader
