Conexus have partnered with a global company within the healthcare sector to source a Salesforce TPM (Trade Promotion Management) Consultant with Testing Experience.

6-month initial contract with probable extensions | Full Remote Working

Responsibilities:

• Configure Salesforce TPM to align with business requirements, ensuring seamless integration.
• Customize Salesforce functionalities to enhance trade promotion processes.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Jira.
• Perform manual and automated tests to ensure the functionality and performance of Salesforce TPM solutions.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams for resolution.
• Lead TPM-related projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely and within-scope completion.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented Salesforce TPM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve TPM-related issues and maintain system documentation.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce TPM, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proven experience in testing and quality assurance, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including 3+ years focused on TPM.
• Background in trade promotion processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
• Knowledge of SQL and data management principles is desirable.
