Your Skills
- Projektbeschreibung/-ziel: Leitung der Einführung von EC Global Template in der Tschechischen Republik (max. 1000 Mitarbeiter)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- +4 Jahre Erfahrung mit der Implementierung von SF HXM Employee Central über den gesamten Zyklus hinweg
- Optional: Fähigkeit zur Durchführung einer vollständigen Migration (csv-Importe) oder tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Migrationsanforderungen
Your Tasks
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Kickoff-Workshops
- Teilnahme an der internen Übergabe durch den Kunden bezüglich der Details der Globalen Vorlage
- Präsentation des aktuellen Global Template vor dem Kunden
- Durchführung der lokalen Abweichungsanforderungssitzungen mit dem CZ-Kundenteam
- Vorlage der Änderungswünsche beim globalen Projektmanagement zur Entscheidung über die Umsetzung
- Konfiguration der lokalen EC-Abweichungen
- Durchführung von Iterationstests und UAT, d.h. Fehlerbehebung
- Konsultation des S4-Integrationsteams mit EC-Inputs, wenn und wo erforderlich
- Durchführung von Verwaltungsschulungen und Übergabe an den Kunden Alle notwendigen Informationen und Dokumente werden vom Kunden im Voraus zur Verfügung gestellt.
- Globale Template-Einführung in der Tschechischen Republik (max. 1000 Mitarbeiter)
- Optional: Vollständige Migration (csv-Importe) oder tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Migrationsanforderungen
- Hypercare 2 Wochen Minimum, vorzugsweise länger
