System & Process Specialist vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Providing technical support for day-to-day distribution and logistics operations
• Participating in global projects to enhance supply chain management performance
• Driving optimization of distribution processes, focusing on lead time and inventory
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in system configuration
• Acting as main contact for IT partners, managing access and role management
• Fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the distribution organization

Your experience/knowledge:

• 5+ years operational experience in supply chain or distribution, including ERP system expertise
• Strong proficiency in SAP supply chain module
• Experience with IRT systems Interactive Response Technology and Middleware solutions such as TIBCO
• Good understanding of clinical supply chain processes and industry best practices
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and LEAN/OE principles
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or supply chain field, or relevant experience

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, motivated, and solution-oriented team player
