Team Leader - SAP Technologies

Your Role:

As the Team Leader for SAP Technologies, you will lead the ICT Application Technologies team, overseeing personnel, technical expertise, and financial resources. You will drive the development of your team in alignment with HR and ICT personnel processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the ICT Application Technologies team, ensuring continuous growth and skill development within the team.
• System Operations & SLAs: Collaborate with both internal and external partners to ensure the smooth operation of SAP ERP, CRM, BW, and associated add-ons and peripheral systems. You will ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
• SAP Transformation: Lead sub-project management in the SAP S/4 transformation, particularly with SAP RISE, CALM, BTP, SAC, integration, development, and user management. You will help build and optimize the technological operational structure, managing both internal teams and external suppliers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across application and technology teams within ICT, as well as with internal and external customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with necessary standards and regulations.
• Project Coordination: In partnership with Project Portfolio Management, you will plan, prioritize, and oversee all ICT projects related to your team's responsibilities.
• On-Call Support: Participate in the team's on-call support rotation, ensuring timely issue resolution and system uptime.

Required Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional training.
• Extensive experience in leading teams and managing projects, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP technologies, with a solid understanding of related applications (ERP, CRM, BW, S/4HANA).
• Ideally, experience in contributing to or leading an SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously, think creatively, and maintain high standards of quality.
• Proficiency in German and professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
