The Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) is an equal parts advisor and operating partner to Delivery Service Partners (DSP's). Amazon's team of KAMs assist and guide our DSP business owners as they build and grow successful last mile package delivery businesses within Amazon Logistics (AMZL).
