Join a forward-thinking FMCG company in Warsaw, Poland, as we transition from SAP APO to OMP. We seek multiple experts in Demand and Supply Planning to strengthen our IT Supply Chain team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product Managers and Business Relationship Managers to develop strategic improvements.
• Analyze, document, and test software development and process workflows.
• Train end users and provide deployment support.
• Create business scenarios and manage product introductions and changes.
• Define and validate Minimum Viable Products (MVP) with IS/IT Product Managers.
• Identify automation opportunities and address functionality gaps.
• Ensure security and compliance in solution designs.
• Translate business needs into IS/IT requirements and specifications.
• Lead design sessions and MVP testing throughout the project life cycle.

Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in production planning systems like SAP APO DP, SNP, PP/DS, or similar.
• Experience with SAP R/3 for Supply Planning/Logistics or equivalent systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the OMP Unison solution is a plus.
• Knowledge of data and analytics platforms like SAP BW, Microsoft Azure, and Snowflake is beneficial.
• Over 5 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning or Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of master and transactional data for Demand & Supply Planning.
• Experience in solution design, development coordination, and integration testing.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and other software development methodologies.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements.
• Strong grasp of the IT landscape within the functional area.
• Excellent English communication skills across various organizational levels.
• Experience working in international and virtual team environments.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
