HR Transformation Project Manager - TMO, HR

Xpertise are urgently looking for a HR Transformation Project Manager (TMO, HR) for an immediate start.

Candidates must have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as a Transformation Project Manager
  • Proven experience across large-scale HR transformation programmes and projects
  • Proven experience on highly sensitive projects and programmes
  • Proven experience of TMO (Transformation Management Office)
  • Proven experience of Financial Services and/or Insurance environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience

Role is inside IR35. Hybrid - London.
